First, I contacted the company to get my furniture cleaned, which had various stains. Other companies wanted only to charge for their services without finding out if they could provide a solution. Hygecare indicated that, if they can't do the job, they would inform me so that I may decide if I want their services. That is honesty in dealing with customers. They came to inspect and proceeded to do a great job, with all stains removed and furniture was like new. In addition, they cleaned the carpets without charging for the service. There services are professional, they showed on time, and did a wonderful job. Mr. Aju was managing all aspects of process and went very smoothly. I will use them again, and gladly.

I just moved into furnished apartment, i need to ensure that the furniture is clean before we can use it so i search for a cleaning company who can help me with. Hygecare Services Manager Mr. Aju was very responsive and easy to make business with, our conversation was very straight forward yet informative. He was also able to comply on my request to schedule the cleaning as soon as he can. I was very satisfied that even his team of 3 came along with their equipment. They were precised and organized, it seemed that they know what to do. They even ensured that the area they worked on is clean before they left the apartment. Aside from that they have shoes covering which i appreciate the most so to prevent carrying any substance from outside specialy in this covid season.

I have only ever had excellent experiences with Hygecare. Their rates are competitive and they come on time and stay until the job is done. I have used them regularly to clean my sofa (which my cats have occasionally peed on!) and they do the work to a great standard. And a couple of times, when the smell hasn't gone away after one wash, they've come back (for free!) and cleaned it again. They've been really understanding with payments, really good with issuing receipts and credits, and always super responsive via Whatsapp. They leave the apartment in the same state it was in and are always friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Very very disappointed with the company. They cancelled my order just before coming as they were asking for all cash payment.
They don’t have card payment option.
I had cancelled all my works and appointments for them and on the day of coming in the morning they asked for all cash payment.
I didn’t had cash, I agreed to pay by card but they cancelled the job as they wanted cash or bank transfer only.
Such a horrible experience.
Wasted my whole day.
Never get things done from such unprofessional attitude and behavior
