I had a mattress deep cleaning done and it was perfect! The team is so kind, super clean, professional, and they clearly know exactly what they are doing. Based on my experience and chats with others, I can confirm they are the best in Dubai, especially since the team handles the job themselves.
While other websites might describe their process in more detail, if you are critical and ask for videos or specifics, you’ll notice that most of that is just marketing and keyword play—these guys actually deliver. I’ve noticed many companies here outsource their work to third parties without telling the customer. A big red flag to avoid are those with 500+ 5-star generic reviews; it's often a scam. If you tap on their lowest ratings, the real, repetitive complaints about poor service and outsourcing will show.
I am writing this review as a trusted Google reviewer; I have no private relationship with this service and am sharing this based on my honest professional experience.
Disclaimer: This is my own personal review based on a thorough discussion and search for mattress deep cleaning services. I am not responsible for any different experiences or issues you may encounter in the future.

Best mattress cleaning experience in Dubai so far!
I was struggling with a mysterious 'foot smell' that appeared after a previous cleaning a month ago. It was getting worse by the day. This time, a team of three arrived (total Avengers vibes!) and they were on a mission. The supervisor's confidence was next level, and it showed in their work.
They were perfectly punctual and wrapped up everything in 30 minutes flat. Professionalism 10/10. If you’re tired of flaky companies and want the job done right (and fast), call these guys. Highly recommended!

OUTSTANDING SOFA CLEANING SERVICES!!!
We recently used HYGECARE for a deep cleaning of our white leather office sofa, and I must say – it was nothing short of exceptional. Three staff members from their team arrived right on time, fully equipped and highly professional. In just under an hour, they completely transformed the sofa – restoring it to a spotless, sparkling condition that looked as good as new.
What stood out most was their attention to detail, efficiency, and care in handling delicate upholstery. Our managers were thoroughly impressed with the results – the transformation was visibly striking and added a fresh, polished look to our office space.
If you're looking for reliable, high-quality sofa cleaning services, HYGECARE is the name to trust. They exceeded expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

Super happy with the sofa cleaning done by hygecare team. I had a water mark on the sofa that I couldn’t remove myself. I contacted the company this morning and they replied quickly & professionally. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same afternoon. Their team worked very well, applied the products on the stain a few times to make sure it goes away as much as possible and I’m very happy with the result. The team made sure to keep everything tidy, even mopped up the floor next to the sofa. I would definitely use their services again. Thanks so much!

I was looking forward to them cleaning some stains on the sofa and also that they would be available short term. I asked them how long the process would take because I have an appointment shortly after our scheduled time and they were saying just about 30 minutes. I waited for 40! minutes after they were supposed to be here and they did not come, no notice, nothing. After I asked where they are, they told me the people would be stuck in traffic, like thank you for the notice? So unprofessional, I am really disappointed.

First, I contacted the company to get my furniture cleaned, which had various stains. Other companies wanted only to charge for their services without finding out if they could provide a solution. Hygecare indicated that, if they can't do the job, they would inform me so that I may decide if I want their services. That is honesty in dealing with customers. They came to inspect and proceeded to do a great job, with all stains removed and furniture was like new. In addition, they cleaned the carpets without charging for the service. There services are professional, they showed on time, and did a wonderful job. Mr. Aju was managing all aspects of process and went very smoothly. I will use them again, and gladly.

I just moved into furnished apartment, i need to ensure that the furniture is clean before we can use it so i search for a cleaning company who can help me with. Hygecare Services Manager Mr. Aju was very responsive and easy to make business with, our conversation was very straight forward yet informative. He was also able to comply on my request to schedule the cleaning as soon as he can. I was very satisfied that even his team of 3 came along with their equipment. They were precised and organized, it seemed that they know what to do. They even ensured that the area they worked on is clean before they left the apartment. Aside from that they have shoes covering which i appreciate the most so to prevent carrying any substance from outside specialy in this covid season.
Great job team, keep it up!

I have only ever had excellent experiences with Hygecare. Their rates are competitive and they come on time and stay until the job is done. I have used them regularly to clean my sofa (which my cats have occasionally peed on!) and they do the work to a great standard. And a couple of times, when the smell hasn't gone away after one wash, they've come back (for free!) and cleaned it again. They've been really understanding with payments, really good with issuing receipts and credits, and always super responsive via Whatsapp. They leave the apartment in the same state it was in and are always friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Very very disappointed with the company. They cancelled my order just before coming as they were asking for all cash payment.
They don’t have card payment option.
I had cancelled all my works and appointments for them and on the day of coming in the morning they asked for all cash payment.
I didn’t had cash, I agreed to pay by card but they cancelled the job as they wanted cash or bank transfer only.
Such a horrible experience.
Wasted my whole day.
Never get things done from such unprofessional attitude and behavior

I called them with an urgency as I just returned from holiday and my furniture had mold since the AC had stopped working. They arrived within the hour and had revived my carpet and furniture within one hour. They were fast and fantastic!

Amazing service. We were actually thinking about disclosing our Sofa set before calling Hygecare. But to our surprise they turned the sofa set in to a new one using their modern cleaning equipments. Hygecare team is also a professional one and they made the service delivery a very customer friendly experience. I will recommend this service to every one and I feel every one should use this service atleast once a year to make our home clean and tidy
